OAT FLAKES/ ROLLED OATS
Wholegrain oats can be used in a wide range of products from bakery and breakfast products to non-dairy applications, plant-based food solutions and snack products.

–Muesli Oat Flake
Mostly used in muesli and porridges or as breakfast cereals. Suitable also for oat snack bars.
–Jumbo Oat Flake
Used in various breakfast products, snack bars and oat drink production. It gives a good taste for baked products and nice apperance in decoration.
–Instant Oat Flake
Mainly used in porridge making the end-products smooth and quick to cook.
OAT GROATS / GRITS
Oat groats are widely used around the world. Our oat groats are always dehulled and heat-treated oats, which can be used in many different end products.

–Steel Cut Oats
Heat-treated whole grain steel cut oats are used in baking, and cooking to give a rought texture.
Good to used in risotto too.

Dehulled, cleaned, mechanically and hydrothermally treated oat grits. Oat rice can be used just like rice as well as in pies, and salad.
